At Rimi NayakIndia, a product once bought cannot be returned. However, in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the product:
Manufacturing fault : Whilst we maintain the strictest quality control at Rimi Nayak India, if there is a product defect for which we are responsible then we can take the item back and provide you with a new one within two weeks time. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. After running a quality check of the returned items and on approval of any manufacturing defect for which we are responsible we will re-make the item you purchased.
Incorrect size : We can alter or exchange items if the garment received is of an incorrect size and doesn’t fit you as per your requirement. If you need an exchange for a different size (or alterations) because of sizing issues, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live and the nature of the alteration required, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Products purchased on sale/discount can not be returned or exchanged. It can only be restored or altered depending on the (physical) limitations of the product at a pre-decided cost which will be shared once the request of alteration / restoration is raised with us over email at email@example.com. If the garment does not have the allowance enough for alterations or if there are any other restrictions related to restoration or alteration, the company holds the right to deny the request of alteration or restoration.
If eligible, you will have to notify us about this within 48 hours from the time it has been delivered to you. For any returns/exchange related issue, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Order Cancellation : Once placed and confirmed by us, that order cannot be cancelled/refunded unless the above reasons apply. Rimi Nayak India holds every right to cancel an order, at any point of time/for any reason whatsoever, in which case, a refund will be issued to the customer. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account varies according to your bank/geographical location. Products purchased on sale cannot be requested for cancellation.
Refunds : We will issue a refund only once the received product has undergone our quality check. Returned items must not be worn, washed or altered and should have all the tags intact. Rimi Nayak India holds the right to refuse any Return if the product does not comply with the above. Refunds/exchange will be initiated within 15 days of receiving the products. Products purchased on sale/ or discount cannot be returned or exchanged and no refund requests will be accepted.

Ensure your items are securely wrapped and don’t get damaged in transit.
Rimi Nayak India cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. It is advisable that you send any item for return to us by registered and signed-for courier. Please keep all tracking details of the parcel until we confirm receipt of it.
